We are looking for a talented and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing customer trends, developing effective product strategies and campaigns, and managing relationships with vendors.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze customer trends to determine the best products to stock in store.
• Develop effective product strategies and campaigns that meet customer needs.
• Negotiate prices with vendors and purchase merchandise according to budget guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels of existing items and order new items when needed.
• Create visual displays that attract customers and maximize sales.
• Ensure merchandise is organized neatly on shelves and racks.
• Track inventory levels using POS systems.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
• Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure a steady flow of inventory.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a merchandiser or similar role
• Knowledge of market trends in the fashion industry
• Understanding of consumer behavior principles
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
