Office assistant job vacancy in El-Ain UAE for unskilled worker


We are looking for an Office Assistant for our El-Ain office. The Office Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a busy office, providing a wide range of administrative and clerical support. Duties include but are not limited to: reception duties such as answering phone calls and emails, greeting visitors and responding to inquiries; managing office supplies; data entry; filing and maintaining records; preparing reports; and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, strong customer service abilities, be detail oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are also willing to consider an immigrant with minimal work experience. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600 per month.
