We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
To be considered, you must have at least two years of experience working as a Secretary. You must also be able to work independently and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
The job duties include but are not limited to: organizing files, greeting visitors, scheduling meetings, answering phone calls and emails, preparing documents, managing calendars and diaries and providing general administrative support. You must also be familiar with basic office equipment, including computers, printers and photocopiers.
Organizational skills are essential as you will need to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail is also important as accuracy is essential in this role. The successful candidate should also have excellent communication skills as they will be expected to provide support over the phone and in person.
