Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of work experience as an Office Manager and be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 AED per month.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage office operations including filing systems, supplies, and equipment maintenance
• Oversee the reception area, answer phones, greet visitors, and respond to inquiries
• Ensure all documents are properly stored in the shared drive or physical filing cabinets
• Manage recruitment process from start to finish including scheduling interviews, onboarding new employees
• Coordinate meetings and manage meeting room bookings
• Maintain records of employee attendance and performance reviews
• Handle administrative tasks such as processing invoices, updating databases, preparing reports, etc.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• At least 1 year of experience as an Office Manager or similar position
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to problem solve independently
