Administrator Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi
We are looking to hire an Administrator for our office in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational and coordination skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and have a strong work ethic. No prior experience is necessary; however, the ability to learn quickly and efficiently is essential.
Requirements for the Candidate:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred but not mandatory
Job Description:
The Administrator will be responsible for completing general administrative tasks such as filing documents, responding to emails and phone calls, organizing meetings, and maintaining accurate records. The Administrator must also coordinate with other departments in order to ensure that tasks are completed on time. Additionally, the Administrator must be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Salary: 1000 AED per month
