Job Title: Secretary
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: 1800 AED/Month
We are looking to hire a Secretary for our office in Sharjah. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operations.
The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills, communication abilities and attention to detail. The ability to work independently is essential, as well as the capacity to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of office procedures and computer programs is also required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, and directing them appropriately
• Answering telephone calls, taking messages, and responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Maintaining filing systems and records of all correspondence
• Assisting with word processing tasks such as formatting documents and creating templates
• Scheduling appointments and meetings for the staff members
• Assisting with travel arrangements for staff members when needed
• Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years' experience in an administrative role; experience in a related field preferred
• Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
