Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and selecting quality candidates for our organization, as well as maintaining and developing relationships with potential candidates. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment.

Needs of the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and at least 5 years of experience in recruitment. You should have excellent communication skills and be knowledgeable about recruiting best practices. Also, the ability to use Microsoft Office applications is required. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
