Job Description: Secretary in Doha
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the entire organization. This position is full-time and we offer a salary of 1200. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, scheduling, answering phone calls, taking minutes of meetings, and providing general support
• Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
• Manage the calendar of the organization
• Prepare reports and presentations as requested by management
• Order office supplies as needed
• Maintain contact lists
• Assist with special projects when necessary
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
