Office Assistant - Sharjah
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring the efficient running of office operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with no experience who is looking to start their career and gain valuable work experience.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. They should also have knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Excel.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems
• Handle incoming calls and emails
• Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
• Prepare documents, presentations, spreadsheets, reports, etc.
• Monitor office supplies inventory and order supplies when necessary
• Manage office equipment (printers, photocopiers, scanners)
• Ensure that all areas are kept tidy and organized
• Perform other duties as required by management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Salary: 900 AED per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner.
