Job Vacancy: Secretary – Abu Dhabi
We are currently seeking an experienced and organized Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600 per month.
The successful candidate will provide a range of administrative services, including managing the daily operations of the office, scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and providing general administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and provide assistance with inquiries
• Draft and distribute correspondence as requested
• Maintain filing systems and update records as needed
• Schedule appointments for staff members and clients
• Maintain accurate calendars for staff members and clients
• Facilitate communication between staff members, clients, vendors, etc.
• Prepare documents for meetings including agendas, minutes, reports, etc.
• Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized
• Manage office equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multi-task efficiently while working in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Foreign nationals are welcome to apply.
