We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We offer a competitive salary of 1000 and are ready to consider a foreigner for the role.
The ideal candidate will be able to provide clerical and administrative support to ensure our business operations run smoothly. They should be highly organised, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will report directly to the head of the office and will be responsible for maintaining calendars, preparing documents, filing records, scheduling meetings with external stakeholders, answering phones and responding to emails. They should also have strong interpersonal skills so they can build relationships with colleagues and customers.
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 1 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role. A degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not essential. You must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.), strong organizational skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage but not required.
