Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative duties, and providing support to staff. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this position.
Responsibilities:
β’ Organize and coordinate office operations, procedures, and resources
β’ Create and implement systems to make the workflow more efficient
β’ Manage daily operations of the office such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, resolving IT issues, etc.
β’ Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
β’ Coordinate with external vendors such as IT specialists and service providers
β’ Provide administrative support to staff including answering questions, assisting with research projects, etc.
β’ Prepare reports and presentations as requested by management
β’ Maintain a safe work environment by following safety policies and procedures. β’ Perform additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred but not required β’ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an office setting β’ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail β’ Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) β’ Must be able to work well independently or as part of a team β’ Knowledgeable about current technology trends
