Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative duties, and providing support to staff. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Organize and coordinate office operations, procedures, and resources
• Create and implement systems to make the workflow more efficient
• Manage daily operations of the office such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, resolving IT issues, etc.
• Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Coordinate with external vendors such as IT specialists and service providers
• Provide administrative support to staff including answering questions, assisting with research projects, etc.
• Prepare reports and presentations as requested by management
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety policies and procedures. • Perform additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred but not required • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an office setting • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Must be able to work well independently or as part of a team • Knowledgeable about current technology trends
