Office Clerk, Abu-Dhabi
We are looking for an Office Clerk to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. We are willing to consider applicants with no prior experience.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the phone; answering or referring inquiries
• Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, etc.)
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Professional attitude and appearance
Salary: 1200 AED per month
