Office Administrator - Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a highly motivated Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role offers an attractive salary of 1200 per month. We are open to considering applicants from abroad who may be interested in relocating.
The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills with a strong attention to detail. They should also possess excellent problem-solving abilities and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment. The individual should be able to multitask and must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate should have experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as knowledge of database software such as Access. They must also possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients alike.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing overall administrative support, including handling incoming calls, responding to emails, preparing documents and reports, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements, filing paperwork and maintaining office supplies inventory. Furthermore, they will ensure that all office operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
