Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Teacher to join our education team in Dubai. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700 that is open to immigrants. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high quality instruction and have the ability to create engaging lessons that are tailored to meet the needs of each student.

Job Description
The Teacher will be responsible for providing superior quality teaching services by planning, preparing, and delivering lessons in accordance with the curriculum in order to promote student academic achievement. They will also be expected to create an environment which encourages students’ interest, participation, and collaboration by developing interactive activities that stimulate learning. The Teacher will collaborate with colleagues and leadership teams to deliver the educational program while taking into account cultural diversity in their approach.

Responsibilities
• Develop lesson plans and deliver instruction that meets individual student needs
• Monitor student performance and provide feedback on their progress
• Maintain accurate records of students’ academic performance
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s progress
• Foster a positive learning environment that promotes active participation
• Assess student knowledge through various tests and assignments
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, etc.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field • At least 3 years of experience as a teacher • In-depth knowledge of curriculum development principles • Excellent communication skills • Proficiency in using computers for lesson preparation • Ability to work cooperatively with other staff members
