Job Description:
We are looking for a professional sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable and passionate about wine, and have experience in advising customers on the selection of wines, offering food pairing advice, and assisting customers with any questions they may have. Additionally, the sommelier will be responsible for maintaining stock levels and ensuring that all wines are stored properly.

Requirements for Candidate:
• 3+ years of experience as a sommelier
• A thorough knowledge of different wines and their pairings
• Ability to answer customer questions regarding wine selections
• Ability to suggest food-wine pairings
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Understanding of restaurant regulations regarding liquor laws
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
