Office Assistant Job Vacancy - Haur-Fakkan
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Haur-Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and helping with day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be self-motivated, and have experience working in an office setting. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential. An immigrant is welcome to apply for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate party
• Greet visitors, ascertain the nature of their business, and direct them to the appropriate person
• Maintain a filing system and update records of all documents received or sent
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Manage office supplies inventory
• Prepare reports as required by management
• Assist other staff with ad hoc tasks when needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Proven experience in a similar role in an office environment
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Salary: 1400 AED/monthly (negotiable depending on experience).
