Office Assistant – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in office administration and should be able to take on a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, filing, photocopying and data entry
• Manage documents and records such as invoices, contracts, bank statements etc.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff members to ensure smooth running of daily operations
• Prepare reports and presentations as requested by management
• Provide administrative support to the team including scheduling meetings, organizing events etc.
• Ensure that the office is well stocked with supplies
• Handle petty cash payments
• Maintain office equipment
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or similar role is required
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language would be advantageous)
Salary: 1100 AED per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.
