Merchandiser – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and be ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the planning and execution of all merchandising activities in stores throughout Abu Dhabi
• Coordinate activities with other departments such as marketing, sales, and operations
• Analyze data and sales trend reports to identify areas of opportunity or potential risks
• Develop and implement innovative merchandising strategies to maximize sales
• Monitor store performance and provide feedback to the team
• Liaise with store managers, suppliers, and distributors on daily basis
• Manage inventory levels in the store by tracking product availability, demand, and pricing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
• 1+ years of experience as a Merchandiser or Retail Buyer is required
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to analyze information quickly and accurately
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Salary: 1400 AED (We are ready to consider a foreigner)
