Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion, managing budgets, timelines, resources and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, problem solving and team building skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans and manage resources accordingly
• Monitor progress of projects and ensure targets are met on time
• Supervise project team members and contractors to ensure quality control
• Negotiate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Ensure compliance to safety regulations during all stages of the project
• Track financial performance of the project and take corrective action when needed
• Prepare reports on progress of projects for senior management review


Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with PMP certification
• At least 5 years of experience in project management roles with demonstrated success in completing projects on time and within budget
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written with internal teams as well as external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
