Administrative assistant job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are currently looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for a full-time position in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and will help ensure the smooth running of the office.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, along with strong attention to detail. They should also have a good working knowledge of MS Office and other related software applications.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the team including making travel arrangements, filing documents, scheduling meetings, and responding to emails
• Create presentations, spreadsheets and reports as needed
• Handle incoming calls and correspondences
• Prepare documents such as agendas, minutes of meetings, memos and letters
• Perform data entry tasks into various databases
• Follow up on pending tasks as instructed by management
• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• At least 1 year experience in an administrative role is required
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
The salary package offered for this position is 1000 AED per month. We are willing to consider foreign candidates as well.
