The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, a minimum of 5 years' experience in the field, and strong problem-solving skills. The successful candidate must also be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
