We are looking for a professional Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a great opportunity to work with a successful and established company.

As our Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. You will ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures, while also providing support to management and staff. In addition, you will provide feedback on performance, coach employees, lead team meetings, motivate employees and resolve conflicts.

The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to think strategically. A bachelor's degree or higher in business administration or related field is preferred but not required. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position. The salary is 1100 AED per month.
