Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee all housekeeping operations in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in managing housekeeping staff and have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. This position is open to immigrants and offers a salary of 1600.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all housekeeping staff, including hiring, training and scheduling shifts
• Develop policies and procedures for optimal service delivery
• Monitor supplies inventory such as linen, cleaning products and other consumables
• Develop preventive maintenance program for all areas
• Ensure that all areas are cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis
• Monitor the quality of services delivered by housekeeping staff
• Handle guest complaints efficiently
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in managing housekeeping services
• Experience working with hotel management systems is preferred
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
