Office administrator job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office team.
The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail. We also expect the successful applicant to be a team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
The role involves:
• Providing administrative support including filing, organizing documents, data entry etc.
• Managing office supplies and equipment.
• Assisting with travel arrangements and other errands as needed.
• Liaising between departments, staff, vendors & customers.
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
• Answering phones, taking messages and transferring calls when necessary.
• Assisting with any other tasks as required by the management team.
The successful applicant must have:
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience working in an office environment or similar role (we are open to consider foreigners).
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English language (Arabic is an advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications – Word, Excel & PowerPoint etc.
