Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha. This role will involve the successful applicant providing administrative support to the office, assisting with a wide variety of tasks including communication with clients, filing, data entry and more. The successful applicant will need to be organized and have excellent communication skills in order to effectively liaise with clients and staff. A salary of 1400 is available for this position. We are also open to considering foreign applicants.
Responsibilities
The Secretary will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and emails, filing documents, data entry and maintaining records. They must ensure all communication is timely and accurate. The Secretary will also be required to coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for staff members as well as ensuring the smooth running of the office by ordering supplies as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
We require a minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Secretary or in an administrative role. Additionally, we are looking for someone who has excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; can prioritize effectively; has strong written and verbal communication skills; is able to work independently or as part of a team; has computer literacy with knowledge of standard office software; is flexible with working hours when required; and has a good understanding of telephone etiquette.
