Office Assistant - Sharjah
We are looking for an organized, enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Office Assistant in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, managing incoming calls and emails, and assisting with general office tasks. The successful candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn. We are willing to consider applicants from outside the country.
Job Description:
• Answer incoming calls and emails in a prompt and professional manner
• Greet visitors warmly and provide general assistance
• Maintain office supplies by checking inventory levels
• Help with filing documents
• Perform other administrative tasks as requested
• Assist with organizing meetings, conferences, and other events
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Demands for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience required
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written English; Arabic is a plus
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 900 AED per month.
