We are looking for a skilled and experienced Librarian to join our team in Dubai. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and vibrant team in a stimulating environment. The successful candidate will be rewarded with an excellent salary of 1100 AED per month.

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 yearsā experience as a librarian in an academic setting and must have knowledge of library principles and procedures, as well as the ability to use library technology systems. A Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Library Science is also desirable.
The main job responsibilities include: providing readers with assistance in finding information; organizing resources; cataloging books; preparing/maintaining bibliographies; developing library policies; managing library budgets; controlling access to materials; maintaining records of borrowing; preparing reports; training other staff members on library technology systems; and helping patrons with computer searches.
The successful candidate should have excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, good computer literacy, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), the ability to multi-task effectively, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of foreign languages is also a plus.
