Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy office environment
• Strong attention to detail
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors warmly upon arrival and direct them appropriately
• Answer phone calls in a professional manner and route calls to the correct person or department
• Manage the calendar for the office staff members, including setting up appointments and meetings
• Schedule travel arrangements for employees as needed
• Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets etc. as requested by management
• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing orders; verifying receipt of supplies
• Provide general administrative support such as filing documents, transcribing audio files etc.
