Office assistant job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE for unskilled worker
Are you an experienced Office Assistant looking for an opportunity in Abu Dhabi? We’re offering a great opportunity with a competitive salary of 1400 AED. We are willing to consider immigrants as well.
The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the field, with a proven record of providing excellent administrative service. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills. You should also have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and be able to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, including scheduling appointments, organizing files and records, preparing reports and memos, handling incoming calls and mail, making photocopies and other related duties. You should also possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
