Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Administrator for our office in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, organizing documents, maintaining databases, and performing other office duties as needed. The Administrator will ensure that all documents are accurate and up-to-date, coordinate meetings, take minutes of meetings, maintain filing systems, process invoices, order supplies, manage the reception area, answer phone calls, distribute mail/packages/couriers properly. Additionally, the Administrator is responsible for preparing reports and presentations in Microsoft Office Suite programs. This position requires an individual who is highly organized with excellent multitasking capabilities to ensure all tasks are completed in an efficient manner.
