Office Administrator – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in office administration and management.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office by providing administrative support to all staff and departments. This includes managing calendars, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, handling phone calls and emails, and ensuring the efficient running of the office. The Office Administrator will also be responsible for ordering supplies and maintaining records.
The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field. They should also have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Additionally, fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial but not essential.
We offer an attractive salary package of 1300AED per month plus other benefits such as medical insurance and annual leave pay. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
