We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The role of the Office Administrator is multifaceted and requires a person with great organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in office administration.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as assisting with day to day operations, booking appointments, organizing office supplies, preparing reports, handling customer inquiries and ensuring that the office runs smoothly. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and able to work independently.
