Kindergarten Teacher - Sharjah

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and learning, as well as the ability to create a positive learning environment for our children.

Job Description:
The Kindergarten Teacher will be responsible for providing quality instruction to a classroom of 20-25 students. This position requires planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons that foster social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth in each student. The teacher must also ensure that all instruction meets the standards of quality set by the school and local educational authorities.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop lesson plans that are creative and interesting in accordance with district standards;
• Introduce students to new concepts through interactive instruction;
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback;
• Prepare reports on student performance;
• Create a safe classroom environment that encourages learning;
• Establish positive relationships with students, parents, administration staff, teachers and other stakeholders;
• Participate in professional development activities as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field;
• Valid teaching license or certification is preferred but not required; We are ready to consider an immigrant.We are ready to hire a person with no experience. • Previous experience working with young children is preferred but not required; • Excellent organizational skills; • Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents and other stakeholders; • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
