We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our teams and ensuring smooth operations. We are offering a salary of 1600 and are willing to consider applications from foreign candidates.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be highly detail-oriented, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The candidate should also be proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Moreover, the successful candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
In this role, the Secretary will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to conducting research and preparing reports, managing calendars in Outlook; scheduling meetings; handling incoming calls; organizing office files; ordering office supplies; taking dictation; preparing documents; organizing travel arrangements; maintaining personnel records; and providing general administrative support as needed.
