Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Knowledge of accounting software is preferred.
• Experience in office administration and customer service is a plus.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours as required.
• Must be able to pass security clearance and background checks.
• Immigrant with valid residence permit is welcome to apply.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to support our administrative staff in the Sharjah office. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, data entry, mailing, scanning documents and ordering supplies while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Additionally, the Office Assistant will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone or email and providing customer service support whenever necessary.
