Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As the Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, assisting in the organization and management of office activities. You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to multitask. You will also be expected to provide support with the preparation of documents and reports and other clerical tasks as required. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational skills. The salary for this position is 1600. We are ready to consider an immigrant if they meet all the requirements listed below.
Requirements for the Candidate
The ideal candidate should have:
• At least 2 years' experience working as a Secretary or in a similar role
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
• Ability to multitask
• Good time management skills
