Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant for our Abu-Dhabi office. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff, helping with daily operations, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and possess a strong work ethic. They should also have a basic understanding of computer software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements for the Candidate:
• At least 2 years of professional experience as an Office Assistant or similar position
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks with minimum supervision
• Ability to work cooperatively with other departments and personnel
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Immigrant status is preferred but not required
