Office administrator job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills and be able to manage a variety of tasks.
The primary role of the Office Administrator will be to ensure the smooth operation of the office, from arranging appointments and scheduling meetings, to ordering supplies and handling customer inquiries. They will also be responsible for providing administrative support for the staff and ensuring that all office equipment is up-to-date and functioning properly.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as they will interact with clients, customers, suppliers, partners, colleagues, and other stakeholders on a daily basis. They must also be able to prioritize tasks effectively while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential as is general knowledge of office procedures such as filing systems or document control. A basic understanding of accounting principles may also be beneficial.
We are willing to consider an immigrant with the necessary qualifications for this position who can demonstrate their commitment to success in the role. The salary for this position is 1300 per month.
