Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks and provide support to the management team. They should have excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience as a Secretary or similar role
• Excellent command of English language, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Familiarity with basic office equipment like printers, photocopiers, scanners etc.
• Proven time management skills and able to meet deadlines
• Immigrant friendly workplace (optional)
