We are looking for a Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about identifying the best talent in the market. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing and interviewing potential candidates. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Source suitable candidates through a variety of recruitment methods
• Screen CVs and effectively interview potential candidates
• Maintain accurate records throughout the recruitment process
• Build relationships with potential hires to ensure they are kept up to date on their applications
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately prior to hiring
• Liaise with relevant departments within the company regarding any new hires or changes in staff requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field
• Proven experience in recruiting roles, ideally within an international company or organization • Ability to build relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Ability to remain organized even when faced with tight deadlines • Knowledge of applicable employment legislation
