We are looking for a highly motivated Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the whole organization, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
• Must have excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An ability to prioritize workloads
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role is required
Job Description:
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization. This may include: maintaining filing systems, data entry, scheduling meetings and appointments, answering phones, taking messages, responding to emails and other general office tasks as required. Additionally, they will need to ensure that all tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner.
