We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha. This position offers an attractive salary of 1400 and we are open to considering applicants from other countries who have the relevant qualifications and experience.
The successful candidate will be able to provide efficient administrative support, including organization of meetings, managing records, filing documents, scheduling appointments and performing other general secretarial tasks. They will also be able to work with minimal supervision, as well as effectively communicate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a secretarial role in an office environment. They should possess excellent organizational skills and knowledge of the daily operations of a busy office setting. Strong computer skills are also expected, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook. The successful applicant must also have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English.
