We’re looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Bani Yas City. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information. In order to be successful in this role you should have a good understanding of office management procedures and be able to work autonomously or within a team environment.
As an Office Assistant, your responsibilities include:
- Maintaining office supplies, ordering new items as needed;
- Handling incoming mail and other material;
- Managing filing system;
- Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial and other data;
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails or directing inquiries to the appropriate person;
- Screening resumes and applications;
- Preparing reports, compiling monthly statistics;
- Other duties assigned by the supervisor.
