Office Assistant - Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate must have at least two years of experience in the clerical and administrative field.
The Office Assistant's duties include, but are not limited to:
• Greeting guests and clients, and responding to their requests;
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and appointments;
• Answering phone calls, emails, and other correspondence;
• Managing office supplies, office equipment, and other materials;
• Maintaining accurate records of company documents;
• Processing invoices and payments;
• Assisting with bookkeeping tasks;
• Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations;
• Performing general administrative tasks as required.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. They should also be tech-savvy with a proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience working with foreign nationals is a plus. The salary for this position is 1800 AED per month. We are willing to consider candidates from abroad who meet the above criteria.
