Admin Assistant Vacancy - Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Admin Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills, multitasking capabilities and excellent communication skills. They should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Previous experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role is preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Manage office supplies inventory and ensure timely ordering of items
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, copying, scanning, etc.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries as needed
• Prepare letters and documents when needed
• Greet visitors warmly and provide assistance when needed
• Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments when necessary
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role is preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good organizational skills and multitasking capabilities
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
• Immigrant status is welcome to apply!
Salary: 1700 AED per month
