Administrative assistant job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Greeting visitors and answering calls;
• Scheduling appointments;
• Arranging meetings;
• Preparing reports, memos, letters and other documents;
• Making travel arrangements;
• Organizing and maintaining files;
• Sorting mail;
• Providing general administrative support.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, great attention to detail, communication skills, multitasking abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks. Furthermore, the successful applicant should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant is a plus. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this position with a salary of 1000 AED per month.
