Housekeeping Manager, Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager with minimal work experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of housekeeping services within the hotel.

Job Description:
The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cleaning staff, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are kept clean and tidy. Duties may include scheduling staff, training new employees, inspecting rooms and linen, stocking supplies, developing cleaning standards, managing budgets and ordering supplies. The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service skills and have an eye for detail.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards
• Ability to motivate staff and lead by example
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Flexible schedule to meet the demands of hotel guests
• Fluency in English (Arabic language preferred)
• Willingness to consider immigrants with minimal work experience

Salary: 900 AED per month
