As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing general office support services, including but not limited to data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning and other administrative tasks. You will also be expected to answer phones, take messages and greet visitors. We are looking for a team player who is organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively.
The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel. Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as strong organizational abilities. A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience is required for this position although we are willing to consider candidates with minimal work experience.
