We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an Administrator in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties, including managing office operations and procedures. Specific tasks include: handling incoming calls, preparing correspondence and reports, scheduling appointments and meetings; tracking expenses; maintaining databases; coordinating travel arrangements; and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, have excellent communication skills, detailed-oriented, organized with the ability to multi-task.
